Ok this is it it's been almost 3 months since quitting smoking and the weight just keeps coming on I'm up a total of 25 pounds time to take it off. My plan 1.Food Journaling 2.Weight Lifting 3x a week 3.Walking/running on treadmill 3x a week 4. Intermittant Fasting...Fast 16 eat 8 5. keep calories around 1750 a day.....#supermotivated.
