Insanity
@Alicia A28 - I just recently started using the shakeology stuff. I really like them. Just started last week so not sure I can say I feel different but it is a nice convenient meal replacement. Chocolate is my fave. Greenberry I had to play with to like but I enjoy them both.

Insanity
I am doing Insanity and just started month 2. Today will be my 3rd day in and I love it. As for HRMs, I use a Polar F6 monitor and I love it. Never workout without it!
