Steps per day
I use a fitbit. It's the fitbit charge 2. It has allowed me to track my steps with normal to intentional intensity. I actually do physical work outside. Usually during a steady busy 8 hour shift I can get anywhere from 10,000-14,000 just from work alone. I've been working on getting my steps daily. It's not that easy when I rest from working. The most I've gotten on a work day was 19,000. I'd like to do an average of 15,000 steps on any given day....laundry, gardening, house work, walking at the park, washing my car, walking the mall etc...anything to stay in motion.
