I started my weightloss journey in February of 2012. Though I had tried to diet and lose weight before, I feel that this was when I was actually serious. By serious, I mean not that serious but enough to see gradual results. I started at 205lbs on a good day, my highest being 217 when pregnant with Ev. I bought these ridiculously priced diet pills, spending about 200$, and you guessed it... They don't really work. Whatever, I feel like it gave me a boost I'm the right direction. While this was happening a bunch of personal shit was also going on. So the diet came last... After we moved back to the northend it was easier, walking with Evan and playing with Evan and the introduction of yoga got me down to 178-180. In September Justin left for bootcamp, and this is when I feel I really got with it and worked on my portion control and exercizing daily. Now its December and I'm down to 158, and I'm happier and healthier but now quite to my goal. So here we go!
