Im 26 years old...I try to be active and go to gym every week but life seems to get messed up and out of routine and I do well for 2 weeks then 2 weeks off, im a vegetarian, but that doesn't mean you cant get fat believe me. im Married, have no children, a dog two cats and bird... there is always a bird... ive never in my life been physically where I want to be but started this new year with the resolution that this year before my 27 bday (or round about that time) I would have reached my goal.. now im being realistic with myself if I don't reach it by june its find, I have till the end of the year... this is it im changing my life yeah
