I used to be in really good shape. I was very active and watched what I ate. Then I entered nursing school...that was 5 years ago! I gotten to be a bit of a slug over the last 5 years and need to get back into shape. Keeping track of everything I eat will hopefully help me see what I need to eliminate (I'm a little scared to keep track of EVERYTHING!). I have a huge sweet tooth so that's getting me in trouble.
I'm starting to play softball once a week and will be meeting with a personal trainer for the first time tomorrow!
