Jump Start Your Day-Early AM Cardio
I have been trying to find the right time of day to exercise. I set my phone alarm for 7:30 p.m. for exercise - haven't made it yet. Too many destractions are present in the evenings. But for the past couple of weeks, I have been getting up at 4:30 a.m. for a 30 minute workout. Some days it works and some days it doesn't. Today I got up at 4 a.m. and exercised for an hour. I plan to stick with the a.m. morning meeting with the DVD.
