Doing good weight wise but have sodium to flush thru system. Drink more water. Also, having a challenge getting my Protein vs Carbs/Sugars ratio. Want to get it down to 1 vs 2 ratio

I had an extremely stressful 2012 but haven't all of us? I allowed the stress of saving my marriage to affect my diet. I'd done so well the previous two years going from 290 to 230. I gained back 24 pounds this past year so now I'm 253.8. My relationship is settled, marriage saved!! Now I can focus on my goals, fitness being one of them. Never give up, never surrender....
