I have not had time to have empty nest syndrome yet. My daughter graduated from school this past June and has moved out of the house to be closer to college. My husband (patient) and I (caregiver) were trained for home hemo dialysis right after graduation. We do dialysis 5 times a week and I work full time as a teacher of grade 1. I have very little time to me as my off work hours have become consumed by dialysis.

I need to get this weight off before it really affects my health. I am stressed most of the time and usually can control the eating but not always. I also need to begin to use my treadmill again before I put husband on the machine.
