Chocolate craving
amazingly, I switched to organic full cream milk yesterday morning and I haven't craved chocolate at all! I have had some, but It wasn't like I needed to eat a whole block, as usual. it tastes like cream too, yum! (I'm trying to make sure I get enough fats especially saturated, to offset mental health problems- they are very good for the brain) I normally kind of dislike the flavour of milk
