I am a newly wed who has battled weight all my life. In college I ran track and actually was an all-american....that was a long time ago. I realized the other day I weigh 100 pounds more than I did back then. That was staggering and enough to get me doing something about it.
185 is my intermediate goal. 145 is my ultimate goal. I will start slowly.
