I am 45 so to be 46, and had a complete hip replacement 5 years ago. After my hip replacement i had some challenges with getting back into a some sort of exercise rutine but now i have hit my heaviest weight and started to eat a healthier foods cutting out all beef, pork, and poultry. I do however eat eggs, dairy, and seafood. What i am looking to do is to loose some where between 80 and 90 lbs in the next 12 months really i would like to tone up and slim down by November when i go on a trip.
