I am a teacher. I spend too much time planning, grading, working, and not enough time eating healthy and exercising. I have put on weight, and am unhappy about my current appearance. I want to get into better shape for the summer, and before I turn 30. I will turn 29 in a few weeks, and would love to kick start the beginning of a new healthy lifestyle by shedding a few pounds before my 29th birthday so I become more encouraged to reach my target by my 30th birthday. I am currently doing moderate weight training about 5 days a week, but need to incorporate more cardio and better eating habits into my daily routine.
