The key thing to know about me is that I have yo-yo'd my entire life and I have started many, many diets. I can count two times in my life where I have reached my goal weight but inevitably put it back on over time. I recently reached an all time high on the scales and decided to train for a marathon 12 weeks ago. I became extremely frustrated because over the course of that training I only dropped 3 pounds. I now know it's because I did not change my eating habits...if anything I ate more. So I started Weight Watchers Monday and I've committed to myself that this time I am truly ready to make the lifestyle change that is necessary and that this support site will help me stay focused on my goal.
