Well, married with children is a good start. Though with two children, 5 and 2 years old, I should be thinner, I am not. I have been overweight since high school, many years ago. I was my goal weight shortly after college, then reality struck, and I fell into eating most anything. I had been up to around 265 pounds a couple of years ago, though I remained around 230 to 245 for most of my recent years. I am now changing for the better. I am tracking my food, watching my intake numbers and started exercising. In a short time, I feel and look better. I like my path and it has not been too difficult to get here. I am happy I made the choice to get healthy and glad I found fatsecret to help me with my goal.
