I am just getting back to work having my four year old granddaughter in preschool and am very excited to get into better shape. Keeping up with two active grandchildren wasn't enough and the "Me Time" sitting up late at night watching TV, playing Farmville, and eating sweets is over.
I am raising children for the second time and sometimes miss the freedom most adults have at my age; so I want to be as positive as I can to do my best as a parent.
I am depending on eating right and exercise to help overcome any stress and difficult moments in my life.
