How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Yeah, I used to weigh every morning and the fluctuations would become discouraging. I've slowly backed off and now weigh myself once a week right after showering. It works better for me.

Ab Circle Pro-- has anyone tried it?
I have an ab lounger. I know it's a different machine, but I swear it has helped me tone my mid section. I believe machines help certain target areas, but that's just my experience. If I had room in my home gym, I'd seriously think about purchasing one.
