Work outs for 2nd floor tenants
Hello, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for workouts for people who live upstairs and can't work out too much because of the people who live underneath them. I hope that makes sense. I have already lost 6lbs just by giving up soda but I would like to lose a lot more and I know working out helps but I can't because the tenants underneath me already complain that I "walk too hard". Any suggestions anyone?

new to dieting, need advice!!
SO I am starting to exercise and diet... After eating I am still so hungry. I don't know how to tame my hunger... Does anyone have any advice? I've been keeping to my calorie count and I have not been going over but, like I said, I'm still hungry. I don't know what to do, I have talked to my doctors about it but I think they think I'm just trying to get them to give me diet pills, which I'm not. Anyway, any advice is good.

I've been sick with the stomach flu for a couple days now and I haven't been able to eat. I hope I can at least keep this weight off.
