•Start by determining your daily calorie need and divide that number in half. That's how many calories should come from carbohydrates.
•Each gram of carbohydrate has four calories, so divide the number from the first step by four.
•The final number is equal to the amount of carbohydrates in grams you need each day

For example, a person who eats approximately 2,000 calories per day should take in about about 250 grams of carbohydrates (2,000 divided by 2 = 1,000 and 1,000 divided by 4 = 250).

eat more poultry, eggs, or fish, and some healthy fat such as olive oil, avocado or nuts and seeds

stock up on healthy high-fiber carbohydrate sources. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains. all contain carbohydrates and are high in fiber, which is good for your digestive system and can help you lose weight by keeping you feeling full between meals.

;) I have lost 120lbs in the last 11 months.. I still need to lose 100lbs more, and losing the 120 lbs wasn’t easy, im so scared to gain it back. It’s not easy keeping it off. How I lost that weight. 12 steps and knowing what the word how means to me.. (HOW) H-HONEST O- OPENMINDED & W- WILLINGNESS . Im an emotional eater and boyfriends don’t help AT ALL. If they’re not supportive KICK’EM OUT all they can do is cause stress. It’s hard for me to stop eating at night.. I don’t know what it is, but I do great all day. Anyway, I went to OA meeting every week and I think I need to go back… they help ya not feel alone. I have learned that food is an serious addiction.. Just like anything else… the 12 steps work.
