I am 30 years old and married woman.

I've had a weight problem since I stop exercising because my knee problem after I got accident. And my weight number start increasing after I got married in Sept 2012.

So from now on, i wanna back on track (start exercising and diet)reducing my weight to reach my goal..oh yeahhh!!
