I'm now highly motivated to lose weight and lower my body fat of about 33%. When I was 20 I lost over 50 lbs.. Around 6 yrs ago I lost 10 lbs on a low carb diet combined with boot-camp. I will most likely speed walk with weights. I'm a night person. I'll be taking Relora and GABA Calm to relax, get a good nights sleep so I can get up and do a daily walk with wrist weights. I have a speed jump rope and intend to use it for cardio. I'm also giving up alcohol and potato chips with dip. Otherwise I have a good plant based diet. I look really good for my age but have some arthritis. My BMI is borderline 25 as I go up and down up to 8 lbs if I drink beer and eat salty snacks nightly while I watch movies.

Don't run, walk
It's my first day here. I plan to speed walk with wrist weights 1.5 lb and a 3 lb weight in my back-pack about 6 blocks to the nature reserve. The reserve is up and down hill, my challenge is to keep the same pace on those hills. I've tested this routine at about 1 hour and plan on incorporating this into my program along with a speed jump rope. alternate days. I'm thinking that on the days that I jump rope 20 minutes I may use the universal station for my upper body 20 minutes. I'm giving myself Sunday as my day of rest.
