Day One Induction
try netrition.com. shipping is only $4.95. it's a diabetic website so nearly everything on there is sugar free and/or very low carb. I spent $60 on there yesterday just on condiments! haha

Different
I make little tuna patties to snack on during the day.

What you'll need...
-2 pouches chunk light tuna in water (2.6 oz each)
-2 large egg whites
-1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
(sometimes I sprinkle in a little cayenne pepper too)

Mix all this together in a bowl (I use my hands)

*get a skillet (with a little Pam cooking spray) hot, then scoop out 1 tablespoon of the tuna mixture for each little patty and brown on each side (to preference) and they are all done! I dip mine in dijon mustard and sometimes break them up to go into salads as well.
