I haven't been sticking to my diet very well. I go back to work soon and I think I will have more success when I am back on a schedule. I seem to be staying the same. However, I have been exercising more. We biked 16.3 miles on Sunday! I am so proud of myself!!

I have been slacking! Haven't lost any weight. I am getting strict starting Monday - after the holiday! I need to loose this weight!!!

I have been enjoying cooking some of the yummy recipes from the website! My husband likes them too!

Really has a hard time sticking to my eating plan when I go to any type of social gathering. However, I did work out for an hour out in the heat this morning so I don't feel 100% guilty. Tomorrow is a brand new day!!
