Well, it's Friday, and I've made it through the week with only one major cheat meal. I had to eat cake and pie for my wife's birthday. Overall it has been a good week. I made it to the gym, and I dropped 4 pounds.

Well, today is the 2nd day of my new program. I had a really good day yesterday. I stuck to the diet all day, and went for a 30 minute walk with my wife in the evening. I made it to the gym this morning, and had a good workout. I'm just trying to stick to the diet.

Today is the first day of my new diet. I'm planning to clean up, and start eating a low carb, high protein, bodybuilder style diet for a while. My goal is to be under 200 lbs. by my birthday (Feb. 15).
