Evening Cravings
I seem to do "well" with eating all day long then about 8pm each night, totally lose it and eat like a mad woman. I go through more food (at least twice as much)in about 30 minutes than I do the rest of the day - I don't know how to stop this. Once I start, I can't stop and then I'm miserable, feel guilty, and do it all over again the next day.
Any advice?
