I'm 64 years old and realized recently that you don't see many overweight old women. I want to be an old woman! That is my motivation for this diet. I have been overweight most of my life and have tried multiple diets - Weight Watchers (too easy to cheat), the Zone diet (got bored), The Diet Center (in the 80's - their maintenance as too close to the diet itself!) and many more.
I decided to give Nutrisystem a try and it has worked really well for me. My husband has dieted with me and that made it much easier. I'm approaching my original goal and have decided to lose 5 more pounds to give myself a buffer zone.
I am no longer ordering the NS food - pretty much following the NS diet plan with similars. Finding FatSecret has been great - I have it on my IPhone and love the bar scanning.
I have high hopes for keeping the weight of this time - with FatSecret to continue monitoring my input it should be easier (I hope
