i do when i remember too or when i think ive been really doing good or when i think im doing bad so i know how bad i really was lol

i do a similar work out and i just log it in as calisthenics light cus i wasn't sure how the calories burn equaled but im gonna wear my pedometer watch it count steps get your heart rate and tells you how many calories you have burned and then see how it compares

seems like i always get stuck at 160 i think i got past it doing the liquid fast and cleanse but i cant live on liquid forever right
