I'm 26' living in Australia (Newcastle, NSW) and looking for a new challenge to keep me motivated as I've been yo-yoing around the same 2-3kg for the last few weeks. I've been married to the lovely Andy for just over a year now and I'm looking to get to a goal weight of 75kg for the short term as that brings me to a healthy range BMI so that we can start trying for a baby.
I'm a Chemical/Process Engineer but unfortunately my job involves a lot of sitting in front of a computer right now. I go to the gym 4-5 mornings per week - mainly to wake up and get me ready for the day ahead.
My started this year at almost my heaviest (96kg) and thought enough is enough, I've got to change my ways before I get some serious health problems. Glad to say that I'm on the right track now.
