I'm a 25 year old stay at home mom of 3 beautiful children. My husband has been so supportive of me and my diet plan, which is 1500 calorie intake a day and at least 45/60 minutes of jogging/walking to burn close to 500 calories. My weight for the last 3 years has fluctuated between 157 and 162. When I found out I was pregnant with our second child in September of 2009 I weighed 162 lbs. I hated the way I looked I didn't want to leave the house and I had bad anxiety. I had my daughter in April of 2010 walked out of the hospital weighing 188. Since I started jogging I love it!! I feel great! I'm eating right, its not really a diet i'm on its just watching my nutrition. This web site has helped me out so much and its such an inspiration. I have become addicted. I already feel better about going out. When I met my husband I weighed about 125/130 lbs and I will be back there again. Having 2 children and staying home made me lazy. I want to be healthy, strong and a role model to my children.

i just went to the website and i think it might just be my shoes im excited i want to continue jogging. some of the things they are saying are true my shins hurts and my ankles Thank you for your feedback everyone!

Thank you so much for your posts! this isnt the first time i have heard about the sneakers! my mom said it and also my husband Im going to try new sneakers and see what happens i wonder if the sports store dicks does that? they are the closet athletic store to me. if that doesnt work im going to have to see a doctor.

klondike has 100 calorie ice cream bars i love them or i just have fruit strawberries with fat free reddi whip i have just the serving size the strawberries are the healthier choice but the klondike bars gets my urge for something chocolate

Im 25 years old. i try to challenge myself by a half a mile a week or stay the same and just change the workout by doing the 45 minutes first and the 15 minutes last or 45 minutes on the treadmill and 15 on the road.That way i dont get bored of the same thing. Thank you for the advice Patrick!
