Guys, there is a carnivore diet which is beginning to grow legs. Just like most fruit is actually not that good for us, some people think vegetables contain chemicals that are not that good for us either. If you're interested, you could do worse than look at Dr Georgia Ede on the youtubes. She's a psychiatrist and has some very interesting things to say about it all.

Anyone eating for diabetic reasons?
If you avoid grains, even wholegrains, all vegetables which grow below the ground, and rice and pasta, you'll be on the right track. Of course, no sugary cakes, lollies, chocolate or biscuits too. I am diabetic, and I have tested all the artificial sweeteners.. including stevia, maltitol, erythritol and xylitol and I react to them in exactly the same way as if it was sugar. Steer clear of all low fat stuff.. if it's low fat, it's almost guaranteed to be full of sugar or sweeteners and carbs. Read labels.. a can of tomato soup has 9 teaspoons of sugar in it! You'd think tomato soup would be safe, right? Fruit is also quite high carb, apart from berries. I hope this helps.. good luck!!
