I weighed in at work and was pleased to see I am now 124.8 lbs.. YEAH!!!
first day back to work.... used the gym...15 minutes/tread mill and 10 mins on my abs using weights
I drank 56 ounces of water by the time I left work.... and had a cup of the green juice....
Total water intake today 64 ounces- goal met

day two: much more active... spent most the day out....
I reduced my total fat intake from 86g to 35g.
i actually look forward to starting over again tomorrow... trying to drink 64 ounces of water is harder than I thought as of 20:00 I've only drank 40 ounces..
in additon to 35 minutes on the treadmill this morning.... i did 10 push ups 10 crunches and 10 sit ups this evening.... this was very difficult.... i have no upperbody strenght at all but will continue to work at it....perhaps by May 2013 it will be easy as pie...

walked 35 minutes
24 ozs of water- goal 64 ozs per day
hard not eating junk food... when I am inactive I tend to crave the junk food... need to get out more, not house bound which is when I tend to eat more...
