Married mother of four awesome children and grandmother to three amazing grandchildren. My passion is scrapbooking. I am a spiritual person and a self proclaimed hippie. I am selfless and a caretaker of everyone. I am a sensitive. On the flip side of that, I have become extremely fat and extremely lazy the past 3 years. I have put everyone before myself and it is showing immensely. I'm at a point in my life where I just want to put myself first and everyone else can stand in line, otherwise, there will be no more "myself" to be concerned with. That is the harsh reality of it all. I am saying yes to me and wait your turn to everyone else, and it's about time.

I don't understand the procedure for the Challenges
I signed up for 2 challenges, which I have done very well in, but I can't figure out how I'm supposed to track them by the week. I just feel like not even doing challenges. Can someone please explain the process to me? TIA

If you have a smart phone with access to apps, there are several free ones you can download right to your phone.

I weigh every single morning after I pee. A lot of people say that I shouldn't do that, but I have proven to myself time and time again that it is the only way I can keep myself on track. If I stop weighing every day, the pounds start packing on.
