31 years old with 1 child. In a relationship with a slim guy who loves me for me, however when I was slimmer I could run up stairs. I get terrified when I get out of the train and I have to go up a couple flight of stairs and their are people behind you. I am not that slow but to keep up appearances I walk as fast as them and when I get to the top I can't breathe. How embarrassing! I am too young to be out of breath after 5 minutes on top ( if you know what I mean). I would like to go to an amusement park, but the last time was 10 years ago. 40 pounds ago and I could barely close some of the seats, can you imagine now. I would be too embarrassed to even go in. What kind of life am I living if I cannot even go out an not worry about whether or not I will fit in a seat. It has to change, and it has to change now.

I only have a bm about 2 to 3 times a week
I have noticed I go two to three times a day since I started eating better and I drink 3 litres or more of water a day. I keep it at my desk and take it everywhere I go. I only have juice with dinner if at all. I have never been this regular. My advice, more water.

I used to drink three to four cups of coffee, with creamer and I like my coffee light. Revelation : I am getting more sleep( at least 7 1/2hrs a night) and I am down to 1 cup, low fat creamer ( 60 cal in 4 tsps). Wow. One good change leads to another. I feel so much better when I am at work.
