Been heavy most of my life and been on many diets.
Just turned 50 and I'm ready to get my sh*t together.
This is my 3rd go around with Atkins and I'm here to stay this time. lol
I'm GOING to make the next 50 the best years of my life!
Now alittle about me:

- Been on Atkins since 1/3/12.

- I live in the mid-west.
- I hunt and eat what I kill.
- I ride Harleys.
- I have LOTS of Tattoos.
- I am a mechanic by trade.
- I own my own business.
- Love the outdoors!
- Like to garden and yard work/anything to be outside.
- I use foul language...ya,ya,ya...I'm working on it.
- Married to my best friend.
- Love dogs/have 3.

- I Walk 3 miles a day with free weights.
- Mess around with free weights 20min. a day.

- I take:
1 multi vitamin.
Magnesium
Vitamin A, E, C, D-3 (D-3 winter time only)
B complex
Zink
Omega 3, 6, 9
Potassium

Just like the TV...if you don't like what's on change the channle!
Like this post. If you don't like what's said...move on.
I've read the same thing and I BET it applies to the average person.
Everyone is different and everyone knows it. It's just a basic rule of thumb.

End of month
Well in about 48 hours my 1st month on induction will be over.
I've got .4 pounds to go in that time to have a loss of 23 pounds.
I think I can do it!

% of fat, protein and carbs
Like around: Fat 50%, Protein 40% and carbs 10%. Give or take alittle.
