I've struggled with my weight since my mid 20's. Since I've reached 40, the weight just seems to stick to my body like velcro and it's SO hard to get off!! I decided to go back to WW plan since that was most successful weight loss for me years ago.
I am so tired of feeling tired, moody, feeling uncoordinated, stiff joints....you know the rest. But then, I get so mad at myself because I can't focus long enough to make a real difference!!!
This time will be different!
