I'm still loosing, but at a lot slower pace with stalls, eating the same way, but I have added a lot more walking and stretching.

One of my specialist believes that my thyroid has been the cause of my weight issue (gaining/loosing/yo yo) all along and that he believes began in my late 30s, as he reviewed all of my med history and labs. Too bad drs didn't listen to me then.

In 2017, I was diagnosed with hashimoto's disease at Stanford, CA, where my antibodies are abnormally high, so no thyroid meds needed. Basically the antibodies believe that my thyroid is foreign and attacks it and makes it a mess. I was also diagnosed with suspicious thyroid nodules. 2 needle biopsies were done 6 months apart and came back negative for cancer.

For the last few months (during COVID-19) I have had a hard time when I swallow, so I felt my thyroid and now there is a big nodule and several smaller ones. Ultrasound and Telemed appt... So... here I go having another needle biopsy.
