34 yr old Female, I have been a yo-yo dieter since the age of 18.
Successfully lost 4 stone while doing the Atkins diet when I was 25, but never quite managed to keep it off.
Its time now to lose it and keep it off for health reasons.
I also want to start a family and had trouble conceiving.
I have decided that getting pregnant whilst obese is not good for myself or for a a growing fetus, therefore need to lose the weight.
I have recently (2 weeks ago) given up smoking and put back on all the weight I had managed to lose in the 2 months prior.
