I'm a 28 (soon to be 29) year old mother of a 3 year old girl. I was thin before I got pregnant(130), then after my daughter came... BAM... I turned into fat momma and haven't done a thing about it (seriously)....until now. I have let myself spiral out of control and now weigh close to 190. At this point, I am hoping to lose 40 lbs. I know it is going to be a lengthy process, but I HAVE to do it this time. I am also a school teacher and have been forced to move schools this year (my other school was closed-very sad) and don't know anyone, would like to be a little thinner before Aug 11 when I start up again.
