After years of struggling with being anywhere from 25 to 70 lbs. overweight, I've decided enough is enough. I'm now on a serious mission to make a lifestyle change of getting to a healthy weight, and staying there. I have quit all added sugar, "white" foods, dairy, fast food, and all processed food. I started last Aug. 20th, (2014), and am down 23 lbs. so far. I have 47 to go. I want to be slim, and healthy for my daughter's Aug. 15th, 2015 wedding.
