Insanity?
Im 25 & a mother of 2... My husband & I just finished our first month of Insanity, today we start the recovery week (which is still hard..lol). I have lost 14pounds & feel better than I ever have. Im starting to tone up in my stomach area & butt. This is a hard workout but with my Husband working out with me, it motivates me even more & the fact that it is a different workout each day, helps too. I definitely reccomend Insanity! If your worried about the cost try looking on Ebay, thats where we bought ours & it was brand new still in the original packaging & was alot cheaper. It's such a great workout & gives you so much energy! I can never wait for the next day
Good Luck to all you who are trying it out! Just know that you can do anything, don't give up & as long as you feel your doing your best it doesn't matter if your going move for move with them!!
