I just turned 50 years old and I am a mother of 4. I worked out a ton in my 20's and 30's and have always been in shape. The 40's was not a good decade for me. I thought I was too busy to workout. Now I am motivated to get back into shape. Working out and eating right gives me more energy and I feel so much better. I am looking forward to my 50's.
