Hi, I am 54 year old married mom of four grown children and that includes 12 grandchildren! Ages 10-3...I have worried,and watched over my weight for most of my adult life..would like to be idealy 30-40-pds lighter. I still get some weekly walking in and run and play with the kids when I can.. But seems I'm losing the battle and the weight keeps creeping on...I want to stay healthy, and have strong bones and have energy as long as I possibly can...mm-mom
