Met my goal
Congrats!
I have to wonder if the smaller goals are not better, easier for you psychologically. It seems like such a daunting task when you say "I have to get rid of 75 pounds, but not so terrible to say, "hey I need to knock off this 5 pounds"

Short-term Goals
Small goals is definitely they way to go. Right now I am just working in 5lb increments. It is a more daunting task to look at the big picture and when you do, it might be easier to get down on yourself.

Motivational clothing ??
I have this light blue linen dress that I used to wear hanging up in my closet, a picture of it by the fridge and one in my car. That is my motivation to meet my mini goals.
@Vanessa896 That is such a neat idea, love it!
