I've tried different ways to lose weight over the last two decades, and the way that has worked best for me so far has been the Atkins diet (high-fat/low-carb). This time around, in the last 8 weeks, I have lost 17 lbs, and my energy level is high. As my username implies, I live in Houston, Texas. My husband, Robin, doesn't need to lose any weight, but he supports me and he likes most of what I make for him.
