Clothes Don't Fit
NONE OF MY CLOTHES FIT ANYMORE!!!!!! I look like I'm wearing clothes someone else could get in with me. I took off a pair of pants without unbuttoning and unzipping them. It was soooooo much fun. My shirts look like tents. I'm constantly taking in all my clothes. It is almost to the point that they are loosing their shape and can't be altered any more.

Tilapia!! Haunting me... Help!
Salt and pepper then put a crust of white and black sesame seeds on both sides. Cook in a pan with a small amount of extra virgin olive oil. I did this with salmon but I'm sure it could be done with other fish. It was delicious.

Type 2 Diabetes
I was just diagnosed in December with type 2. I am still trying to figure out this food thing also. Fortunately, I like fish and live on the Gulf Coast. YES, our seafood is safe and I can get fresh 4 blocks down the street from my house. The problem is my husband won't eat fish and I will not cook double meals.
I also have a lot of weight to loose. We were walking everyday until I injured my foot. I hope to be back exercising this weekend.
We are eating a lot of fresh vegetables and lean meats. The carbs are still a mystery, haven't quite figured that part out (pasta lovers).
I forgot to mention that my husband had a heart attack in November so my diet is not hurting him. Now if he would only eat fish.
