started low carb
Hi everyone! I am a week in to a low carb plan. I felt I have been doing great, eating more protein than normal and have stayed away from all the whites and sweets. I also have been making sure I drink more water. I weighed myself today and I have only lost a lb. I am very frustrated, but didnt give up. I have done this before and lost a good amount of weight, why not now? Could it be because I am 51 and have signs of menopause? Suggestions are completely welcome....
