5'6", 32 y/o male. Weighed 170# when I got married 10 years ago and currently weight 210# (have been as high as 220#). Recently I was diagnosed with gallstones and have been having gallbladder attacks. I would like to avoid having my gallbladder taken out and am sticking to a very low fat, high fiber diet and daily exercise... and get down to my 170# pre-marriage weight (if not less).
