I am now 38 yrs. old. I'm over 85 pounds overweight and have PCOS. Losing weight is an extra challange for me, due to the PCOS. However, I am becoming a firm believer that it's all in the attitude and frame of mind. I'm teaching myself to think positively and to believe my way to my ultimate weight. Losing weight will not be painless and I'm prepared to do what it takes.
My daughter is 2, now. My ultimate goal in life is to acheive my ideal weight within the next couple of years, via eating right and exercising, so that I can enjoy life and all the adventures it has to offer...right along side my duaghter.
I've been doing the South Beach Diet, on and off, for about a year and feel I have gotten bored with it. I need to take steps to start losing weight again. I ran across information on The New Mediterranean Diet and have decided to give it a shot. It sounds like it fits my lifestyle.
