What is your typical daily calorie count on Atkins?
I generally take in between 1500-1700 daily, sometimes lower, depending on how hungry i am Smile I find im MUCH fuller on lowcarb as opposed to other diets ive done. who knew meat and veggies could fill a girl up so much!
