I am 36 and up until three years ago, have always been around 130 lbs. I have a supervisory position now and gained 40 lbs the first year and a half. STRESS... Even though I have always been active, it's hard when you drive and sit alot. I am determined to get to 145 lbs..

It is so hard to watch my weight when my husband is not.. I guess I am going to have to start cooking two meals because he hates healthy stuff..
